Processing may take 1–3 business days following payment confirmation and may be followed by an additional 5–7 business days as your items are specifically crafted for you. Thank you for allowing us time to deliver excellence. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email and receipt once your purchase is complete.

As of now, PAGA’s primary shipping locations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping locations may change based on operational, regulatory, or logistical considerations. While PAGA aims to expand its availability worldwide, international shipping options are not guaranteed and may be modified or limited without notice. If you wish to make a purchase outside the listed countries, please contact customer care. PAGA reserves the right to decline orders destined for locations where carrier service is restricted or unavailable.

PAGA is based in California, USA. All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to California sales tax. The tax rate is applied at checkout and included in your order total.

 

Customers Outside California (U.S.)

Early Customers Enjoy Tax-Free Shopping!
For a limited time, the first 200 orders shipped outside California are completely tax-free. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you know exactly what you’re paying — no surprises, just effortless shopping.

 

International Customers
For orders shipped outside the United States, PAGA does not collect foreign taxes or import duties. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, GST, or other local taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Lost or Incorrect Packages:

Following an investigation and review with fulfillment partners, PAGA may offer a replacement at its discretion to ensure satisfaction.
