We currently offer standard delivery

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos. Following an investigation and review with our fulfillment partners, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion to ensure your satisfaction.
